Rainier welcomes this opportunity for engagement and feedback from you so that your comments may influence the design process, before any planning application is made.  This website provides background information to the proposed development, including the local planning policy context, as well as providing masterplan which illustrate how the development could come forward.

 

​Rainier Developments is preparing a planning application for a high-quality development of up to 39 new homes, which will include a mix of house types, including family and affordable homes, to help meet local housing needs. The proposal will include a new access from Milcote Road, alongside the creation of public open space, cycle and pedestrian infrastructure, sustainable drainage features, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements.
