Under the December 2024 Standard Method calculation Stratford-on-Avon district Council is required to deliver 1,126 dwellings per annum.

The emerging South Warwickshire Local Plan indicates that provision will be made for the delivery of at least 1,679 dwellings per annum, with flexibility to accommodate up to 2,188 dwellings per annum.

As housing need figures are projected to increase within Stratford on Avon District Council 39 dwellings at Land North of Milcote Road will provide a positive contribution to meeting local housing need.
